The Most Delicious Sugar-Free Electrolytes For Cycling?
When doing a long ride on my bicycle, hydration is something I try not to mess up. Lately, I’ve been using Sci-Core Hydration Salt in Mango Orange. And it is delicious!
It’s a sugar-free electrolyte mix. One scoop gives you 1000mg of sodium as well as potassium, magnesium, and calcium, which helps keep hydration levels up during training.
It mixes really easily — just a quick shake, and it’s good to go. No weird residue or anything.
And the Mango Orange flavour is actually really refreshing. Not overly sweet, which I like, especially during or after a ride.
It also has L-glutamine, which helps with recovery and gut health, so it’s something I’ll usually have either during training or right afterwards.
