The provided USB cable is used to charge the battery externally but it can be charged in the unit via the USB-C port and a USC-C Cable

Setup Process

Setting up the camera through the Ring app is intuitive:

The under-camera mount can be moved to the side of the camera and then used to secure the camera to a wall. The plate under the camera detaches, is used as a guide and is then secured onto a wall.
