HUAWEI WATCH FIT 3 features an ultra-light 1.82-inch AMOLED 2.5D vast screen that achieves a 77.4% screen-to-body ratio, offering a 10% increase in the display area for a more expansive visual experience. The expanded screen also allows a maximum brightness of 1500nits and automatically adjusts to the user’s environment, ensuring optimal visibility under dim or bright lighting conditions.

HUAWEI WATCH FIT 3 comprehensively upgrades its sports features based on three areas of a user’s habits – Eat, Move, and Fitness. To help users “Eat” better, the Stay Fit App has been upgraded to offer a one-stop wrist-based personal trainer for weight management. It features an updated global database of dietary calories across 50 countries and regions and provides nutritional analysis to promote a balanced diet and exercise regimen, making the weight management journey more scientific.

Equipped with the latest HUAWEI TruSleep™ 4.0 science-based sleep tracker, HUAWEI WATCH FIT 3 offers more precise sleep tracking. The new addition of the Symptom Recording feature directly from the watch facilitates the recording of menstrual data, providing thoughtful care for women’s health.

From a single charge alone, the HUAWEI WATCH FIT 3 can support up to 10 days of battery life[2] to power users through more than a week of activity. Even with more frequent usage, the typical capacity can last up to 7 days. Additionally, HUAWEI WATCH FIT 3 charges quickly, requiring only a 10-minute charge for enough battery power to last a full day.
The HUAWEI WATCH FIT 3’s UX visuals have also been improved as part of its full design revamp, introducing a brand-new square UX style with rich colour schemes and magazine-style design with enlarged fonts. The UX interface is also designed to be more immersive; for instance, the background colour on Sports Mode now changes with the heart rate, so users may instinctively read information from a glance.
HUAWEI WATCH FIT 3 supports HUAWEI Assistant·TODAY, and maintains a unified design layout with the EMUI product ecosystem, delivering quick access to tools and crucial information such as travel schedules, deliveries, credit card repayments, and more.
