Navigating the most packed pavement in the world

Most people are too tired after a massive New Years Eve party to be out the next day but in Cape Town, South Africa, many flock to Sea Point, which is right next to the ocean to picnic for the day. The first of January is very hot and while there is a beautiful lawn to sit on, most want shade and find it on the pavement, often obstructing those that want to walk. Well not me. I braved my way through the most packed pavement in the world.
