We have all seen litter on the streets of Cape Town. We have all wondered how it got there. Maybe it was dropped. Maybe the person didn’t know they left their rubbish behind. Maybe it was a child who doesn’t know better. This video above was just sent in and it shows clearly how some of the rubbish is landing up on our streets. It is not an accident or a human error. It is done purposely.
