Huawei South Africa, title sponsor of Ajax Cape Town has been the brand behind the brave supporting Ajax Cape Town since 2014.
During the clash again Kaiser Chief on Saturday 19 September, Ajax Cape Town has shown it’s loyal following and the soccer fraternity in South Africa just how brave they are.
The team elated in their win, have shown their true potential by claiming the MTN8 Cup.

After reaching the final of the Nedbank Cup in May and losing on penalties to Mamelodi Sundowns and currently topping the PSL log standings, Cape Town’s favorite football team is has shown the 40 000 strong crowd their full glory at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
Club CEO, Ari Efstathiou is ecstatic about the new-found success, which he says is a culmination of hard work and the support the club has received from new sponsor Huawei.
“Making the final of the MTN8 was vital for us, as has been the whole season so far. Since Huawei has come on board we have enjoyed continued success, which is great for the club as well as our new sponsor,” he says. “When you bring a new sponsor on board – especially a globally successful company like Huawei – it obviously helps to be winning games and trophies.”
