Audi receives gold for overall passenger car brand in 2017 IPSOS Vehicle Quality Survey

The Vehicle Quality Survey conducted by international market research company, IPSOS, announced this week that Audi South Africa was awarded best overall passenger car brand for 2017. The results were derived from a detailed telephonic survey conducted in 2016 and involved more than 7 000 owners of vehicles from 17 different brands. The survey measured customers’ experiences when purchasing a new vehicle; having it serviced at a dealership; how a product-related defect or issue was handled after being reported; and their overall perception on the product’s quality and design.

Audi South Africa was proud to receive five gold awards in the various categories of the Ipsos Vehicle Quality Survey. The best performing vehicle was the Audi A3 Sportback, which outperformed in the passenger vehicle rankings with only 27 problems reported per 100 vehicles.

These accolades follow the results of the Ask Afrika Orange Index Survey released last week where Audi South Africa was awarded first place in the automotive industry for benchmark customer service.
